Zayda Diaz
Zayda is a Miami native who speaks both Spanish and English. She is an experienced senior case manager with over ten years in the personal injury industry. She handles a complex and robust caseload from inception through closure. Zayda is the ‘go to’ trusted point of contact for our clients, managing their treatment, evaluating medical bills and insurance information, and serves as an intermediary in discussions with insurance companies and adjusters.
Zayda has a deep understanding of Florida insurance practices, Florida auto insurance and Florida PIP coverage. She has spent several years mastering other facets of personal injury from intake, to medical records, investigation, and closures. She is responsible for coordinating meetings and appointments between clients, attorneys and others. Zayda pushes our cases to the finish line while assisting the attorneys with strategies to maximize the case’s value.
