Jennifer M. Netska graduated with a business degree from The State University of New York at Farmingdale with magna cum laude honors. Thereafter, she went to law school at Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. As a New York native, she naturally went on to pursue a successful career as a litigation attorney serving clients throughout Manhattan, Long Island, Brooklyn, Queens, and Bronx.

Years into practice, Jennifer prepared to obtain her Florida law license and relocated to South Florida. Upon relocation, Jennifer worked in ‘big law’ for a nationally recognized AM 200 Law ranked firm. Jennifer gained invaluable experience representing nationwide commercial entities, small business owners, individuals, as well as municipalities in a broad range of legal matters. Jennifer regularly appeared before the Court for all proceedings and has negotiated hundreds of cases and millions of dollars to resolution. Jennifer analyzes the law and precisely applies it to the facts, and engages with her clients to strategize over both cost-effective and aggressive litigation approaches to achieve the best outcome.

Having spent years on the defense and learning the tactics that insurance companies and big businesses use to dismiss claims and undercut a Plaintiff’s case, Attorney Jennifer Netska recognizes the invaluable capability she has to counsel her clients and obtain compensation due to another’s negligence.

Jennifer resigned from her position within big law and launched a boutique-style law firm – Netska Law Group located Downtown Fort Lauderdale serving both her Florida and New York based clients. She took the leap because she always knew she wanted to be a leader and business owner. She now focuses her practice primarily on personal injury litigation, as well as estate planning. Jennifer spends her free time boating with her husband, spending time with family, and trying new restaurants.
